Shipping policy

We use reputable carriers including Royal Mail and FedEx. Alternative carriers may be used based on destination and shipping requirements.

Processing time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Peak seasons may cause delays.

Shipping rates and delivery times:

Rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery times are not guaranteed due to factors such as customs clearance, weather, courier delays, or high-volume periods.

International shipping:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If an international shipment is returned due to unpaid duties or customs refusal, the package will be handled under the Returned Packages policy. Shipping fees and customs charges are not refundable.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

Undeliverable packages:

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (shipping payable again) or issue store credit for the product value only. Shipping fees are not refunded unless a courier error is confirmed.

Lost or damaged packages:

If the carrier confirms a loss or damage, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Policy updates:

We may update this policy at any time. Continued website use indicates acceptance of changes.
